The driver Radioddity distributes as the "Xiegu X6100 Cable Driver": WCH's CH343CDC package V1.3 for the CH342 dual USB-serial chip that provides the X6100's CAT/CI-V ports. Only version found.
Read before installing. The CH342 is a CDC-class chip; whether this driver is needed on Windows 10/11 was not confirmed. The INF names the ports USB-SERIAL-A/B CH342; Xiegu's release notes call them USB-Enhanced-SERIAL-A/B CH342.

Xiegu X6100 USB driver (WCH CH343CDC V1.3, 1.3.2021.5)
=====================================================
WHAT THIS IS
------------
The Windows driver Radioddity distributes as "Xiegu X6100 Cable Driver":
WinChipHead (WCH) CH343CDC driver package, "Driver for CH342/CH343/CH910X
(USB=>CDC SERIAL chip) V1.3", DriverVer 05/08/2021, 1.3.2021.5.
The X6100's USB serial ports (CAT/CI-V) come from a WCH CH342 dual serial
chip. Xiegu's V1.1.3 release note describes them as they appear in
Windows Device Manager: "USB-Enhanced-SERIAL-B CH342 (COMx)" for CAT/CI-V,
with "USB-Enhanced-SERIAL-A CH342" as the other port to try if a program
cannot connect. This package's INF names the two ports differently:
"USB-SERIAL-A CH342" and "USB-SERIAL-B CH342". Which driver produced the
"USB-Enhanced-SERIAL" names in Xiegu's note could not be confirmed.
Only one version of this package was found.
APPLIES TO
----------
Xiegu X6100 on Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10 and Server
2003-2019 (the INF's own list). The INF also covers other WCH CDC serial
chips: CH343, CH344, CH9101, CH9102, CH9103, CH9143 and CH9340 (USB VID
1A86).
It is not a firmware update and changes nothing in the radio.
BEFORE STARTING
---------------
- A Windows PC with administrator rights.
- The CH342 is a CDC (USB communications-class) serial chip, and current
Windows versions may already bind their built-in USB serial driver to
it. Install this package if the X6100's ports do not appear under
Device Manager > Ports. Whether it is required on Windows 10/11 was
not confirmed by Xiegu or Radioddity.

INSTALLATION
------------
Radioddity published no instructions with this package. The steps below
are those in the help text built into WCH's SETUP.EXE.
1. Unzip the whole package into one folder (SETUP.EXE's help: the INF
and driver files must be in the same directory).
2. Run SETUP.EXE and approve the administrator prompt. Check that
CH343CDC.INF is selected in the combo box.
3. Click [INSTALL] to pre-install the driver. When the device is plugged
in, Windows installs it automatically. (Silent install from a command
prompt: SETUP /S.)
4. Connect the X6100 by USB and switch it on.
VERIFYING
---------
Device Manager > Ports (COM & LPT) lists two CH342 ports, one "A" and
one "B" (named "USB-SERIAL-A/B CH342" by this INF). Xiegu's V1.1.3 note:
the CAT/CI-V port is "generally" the SERIAL-B one.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
-----------------------
- Program cannot connect on the SERIAL-B port: Xiegu's note says to try
the port number of the SERIAL-A port.
- No ports at all: check the cable is a data cable and the radio is on,
then run SETUP.EXE again; its [Update] button updates the driver of a
plugged-in device immediately (SETUP.EXE help text).
- To remove the driver: SETUP.EXE [UNINSTALL] (or SETUP /U). WCH warns
against the "Delete the driver files" option because the files are
shared with other WCH devices.
DOWNGRADING
-----------
Not applicable to the radio. Only one version of this package was found,
so there is no older one to return to; [UNINSTALL] removes it.
